By accessing and using Tritonality ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tritonality is an AI-powered chord progression builder designed for musicians and producers. The Service allows users to create, edit, and export chord progressions with AI assistance.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3.2 Account Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or copy content using automated means without permission

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of chord progressions you create
• You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You can export and delete your content at any time

5.2 Our Content

• The Service interface, AI models, and software are owned by Tritonality
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software

6. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated chord suggestions are provided as creative tools
• We do not guarantee the musical quality or originality of AI suggestions
• You are responsible for the final creative output you produce

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Pricing

• We offer both free and paid subscription tiers
• Pricing is displayed clearly before purchase
• Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

7.3 Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds within 14 days of purchase

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
